Maria grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico, learning recipes passed down from her grandmother. When she moved to Phoenix, she brought those cherished family recipes with her, determined to share the authentic flavors of her homeland.
Today, Maria's Kitchen is still family-owned and operated. We source fresh, local ingredients whenever possible and prepare everything from scratch daily. From our handmade tortillas to our slow-cooked carnitas, every bite is made with love and dedication to authenticity.
